Pre-planning

All ICT Construction & Technology Corp. projects start with a site analysis to check existing conditions and make accurate measurements to ensure that what's going in the new space will fit properly. During the analysis, we also conduct a thorough mechanical and electrical inspection.

We follow up the site analysis with detailed scope drawings, including product specification engineering. We create construction drawings and space plans including power and data hook ups and develop a finish schedule for the project. Upon client approval of the plan, our architectural team will draft and submit permit drawings to local building authorities for approval.

Based on the scope drawings and product specifications, ICT Construction & Technology Corp. produces project cost estimates and then develops a detailed scope of work proposal. This written summary of the job describes how the project will proceed at every step. It specifies all products to be used, so there's never an unpleasant surprise. Additionally, we develop a procedural scope of work proposal that lays out all of the details about how the work will be done in writing.
